BOLDY HAS BEEN REHOMED
Boldy is 3 rising 4 old gelding. He is a solid chestnut and best guess is
15.3hh. He is plain but lives up to his stable name and has quite a presence. He is a chunky, short-backed, sprinter type.
He had a chip in sesamoid, removed 12 months ago, and the prognosis for racing is poor, so they are not asking him to try. There are some minimal bony changes that need to be looked after and starting him on preventative treatment now would be great. He has been started and had only one preparation so he is a clean slate. He has been given the OK to go back into work now.
He would be good at anything really but cattle work and sporting spring to mind. He looks like he may also be a possibility for jumping and eventing but not at a high level due to his injury, A vet check is welcome if you wish. He is a young, green, cheeky boy so an experienced person is vital. Retrainers are welcome for this guy.
He will need to go to someone I know or that can be vouched for by someone I know and he is located in Kiama.
