Credit Card Security

For your own security we recommend that you do not send credit card details
via email, If you wish to use your credit card we will ring you to get your
details over the phone. To protect your privacy all personal information
is kept in a suitable locked cabinet and/or password protected
computer program. For your convenience we may retain your
credit card information to assist in the processing of future orders.
If however, you prefer we do not keep your credit card information on file,
please let us know.

A tax invoice is supplied with each order

Returns/Refunds

Due to the nature of the product we generally do not accept returns.
If however a product is faulty we are happy to discuss this with you
to find a suitable solution.

Mail Order Policy

All orders are sent via Australia Post standard parcel service.
Express parcels for urgent orders and registered & insured post for
valuable orders is recommended and can be arranged at extra cost.
We endeavour to pack all items safely and securely.
